Happy New Year!

I hope this year brings more sleep and the loss of my belly pooch.

I know that Savanna looks so cute and sweet here, but this photo session was a complete nightmare.  They gave her snowballs to hold, but she would say "ballllllll" and throw them across the studio.  Every time we retrieved the balls, it was a repeat.  Then she'd accidentally knock her wobbly sister over.  Afterwards hubby said "well that was a miserable experience."

Amber is getting to be a butterball turkey.  Savanna is saying lots of words including saying to her sister "Don't cry" with her finger pointed in the air.  So cute, I'd have 10 kids if I wasn't old and poor.

Targe't

I have to admit, I am not a big Target fan.  I don't think their grocery section is very good, I can't find certain brands - their toy section is very limited, but there are some things that I love, love:

  • The $1 bins in the front of the store, if you haven't roamed through there - do.  I bought $1 Ghiradelli Double Chocolate coffee, and I LOVE IT.  I also found cute little books for $1 - great for Savanna or any kid.
  • Love the Archer Farms brand food, especially in the fresh Deli section.  Today I am having a roasted veggie hummus sandwich on whole grain bread with Sicilian pasta - and it is sooo good.  Very fresh.  They have unique, yummy, healthy lunch options - way better than a burger (we won't count the Dove chocolate bar that I ate - I think hummus cancels that out or something).  Everything Archer Farms that I've tried has been good, including the frozen foods.
  • I don't know the brand, but I only find these at Target - chocolate covered blueberries, raspberries, and cherries.  Sure you can get them somewhere else, but this particular brand is THE BEST, and I think it's only at Target.

In other news... lets see...

I am moving at the end of the month, it is Christmas time with shopping & traveling involved, I am starting a part-time business, and I have 2 little bitty kids who require alot of attention...what else could there be?
